A typical workout at Contenders Boxing Club includes the following:
- 3 Rounds Shadow Boxing
- Skill work
- Bag/Mitts partner work
- Conditioning
Skill progression is based on the individual, but a typical progression
is as follows:
0-3 Months - skills, basics and conditioning
3-6 Months - footwork, defense, more basics
6+ Months - advanced mitt work and sparring
